The new Client Merge feature allows you to combine two similar Client records. Sometimes duplicate clients can sneak into the system via a typo or misspelled name etc. Being able to merge these duplicate clients into a consolidated client record will improve the quality of your data and reporting.


To perform a Client Merge:

  1. From the Home screen select Clients, then Merge Clients
  2. Select the first client in the "I want to merge" filter
  3. Select the second client in the second filter
  4. The system will then populate the table with the details of the two clients. You can select which value you want to save in the consolidated client record (the area will turn green)
  5. Once you are done, click Merge Clients


The system will also automatically link any Appointments, SMS Marketing Campaigns and Notes from both clients in the merge to the consolidated Client record.
